The game is getting closer to complete, but even when it is complete, it won't be over.Īnyways, here's what's new in this update: So, Spiral Clicker will be slowing to a rough 2-3 month dev cycle, with multiple new characters being added with each update. With the rapid monthly dev cycle, I was able to get a lot of new content added, but it left very little time to dig into the game's systems to weed out more complicated bugs. The approximate second between each girl when you do about 20x their total will in damage gets annoying, especially just after prestiging. In order to allow me to get some of the more difficult to fix bugs taken care of, I am going to be slowing the dev cycle at this point. Suggestion: For the random girls for loyalty grinding, have extra will overflow to the next girl and/or have an overkill threshold that makes the next girl come really quickly. So, there will still be new content coming. For the foreseeable future, new characters will continue to be added steadily. The next step before the game is complete will be polish and bug fixing. The final area is now finished, three new characters have been added, and the game has now reached the state of being feature complete.įeature Complete means that the game has all the programming that needs to be done, done. As well, cameos both major and minor will be cheaper during the indiegogo campaign than I usually have them at. The sequel will be a paid project, but the lowest price will be through the indiegogo campaign. If you're interested, be sure to check it out before the campaign ends. The new protagonist grew up as a proficient magic user, and so will be able to cast a variety of spells to help make battles of will easier. The first game's protagonist had never experienced magic before, and so largely stuck with using the spiral's power and occasionally dabbling in other effects. Things are a bit different this time around though. and you're the lucky human who gets to be in charge of it. That's when she hatches a plan to recreate the fun of the first harem she was in. The game will take place in the future, with Helen now a queen of her own pocket dimension and incredibly bored due to maintenance on the kingdom consuming most of her mana. That idea grew into a concept for a sequel, and now I am running a campaign to get the project off the ground. And that process had me thinking how I would make the game better from the ground up.
